UWAYS Industrial Safety Storage Cabinets

Yellow cabinets are for storing flammable liquids.
Constructed from cold-rolled steel (SPCC) in a double-wall fire-resistant design, with a 38mm insulating air gap between the two steel walls.
A 50mm leak-proof sump in the cabinet base contains chemical spills.
Epoxy resin coating inside and out for increased chemical resistance.
Three-point interlocking door latch, doors open a full 180 degrees, supplied with two keys; adjustable levelling feet and a built-in static earthing point.
For use in chemical, petroleum, flammable and explosive materials industries, laboratories and similar applications.
The safety cabinet complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.106 and NFPA^®R 30。
Steel over 1.0mm thick, spot-welded for long service life and good fire resistance.
Clearly visible warning labels.
Twin vents fitted with flame arresters.
Spill-retaining shelves adjust freely in 6cm increments.
Built strictly to OSHA specifications, the cabinet has a static earthing terminal for easy connection of a grounding wire.

UWAYS Battery Charging Cabinets

The battery charging cabinet is used to charge and store batteries for cordless drills and other small power tools, reducing the risk of secondary incidents.
The cabinet has a double-walled steel fire-resistant structure with internal circulating ventilation and exhaust.
An automatic alarm function provides a high level of safety.
Inside and out, the cabinet is coated with lead-free epoxy paint, heat-cured for corrosion resistance.
A glare-free LED lighting system inside the cabinet switches on the moment the door opens, evenly illuminating the interior.
Each shelf is fully adjustable, and the base has a leak-proof PP tray to contain spilled electrolyte and other corrosive liquids.
On/Off button: when a battery is placed inside to charge, it powers every charging socket in the cabinet.
LED lighting system: switches on the moment the door opens, evenly illuminating the cabinet interior.
Transparent door window: made of fire-resistant glass.
Temperature/humidity control: the internal temperature is adjustable and can trigger a buzzer alarm.

UWAYS Gas Cylinder Safety Cabinets

The cabinet is constructed of 1.2 mm high-quality cold-rolled steel with an electrostatically applied epoxy resin finish.
Pass-through ports on both sides accommodate gas lines at cylinder height.
Equipped with an explosion-proof gas detector capable of identifying most flammable gases and carrying explosion-proof certification.
Fitted with an explosion-proof audible and visual alarm that triggers automatically when the internal sensor detects a gas leak.
The flammable gas cylinder cabinet has an automatically interlocked extraction fan that vents outdoors through ducting.
Toxic gases are ducted to a scrubber unit to keep the working area safe for personnel.
Heavy-duty restraint straps inside secure the cylinders and prevent them tipping over.
