Get your phone-service verification code

When you call to check an order or shipment from a number we do not have on file, the phone system asks for your mobile number and sends you here for a verification code.

1. After keying your mobile number on the phone, enter the order number printed on your sales order and the same mobile number below.
2. The page shows a 6-digit code to key in on the phone. It is valid for 15 minutes and locks after 3 wrong attempts.

This page shows only the verification code, never order details; every request is logged.
