1. Products and quotations
The products on this website are professional industrial safety and protective equipment. Prices shown may change; our final quotation prevails. For bulk purchases, government tenders or special-specification items, you are welcome to call 03-5589888 or enquire via our official LINE @UTTPRO.
2. Ordering and payment
After an order is placed, we will confirm it with you by email or phone. We offer a range of payment methods, including bank transfer / ATM transfer, cash on delivery and online credit-card payment; business purchases may also be arranged on agreed monthly-account terms. The methods actually available are as stated at order confirmation.
3. Shipping and delivery
In-stock items ship within 2 business days of confirmed payment. For pre-order, custom-made or manufacturer-sourced items, delivery times are advised separately. Shipping is calculated by order value and delivery area and is shown at checkout.
4. Returns and exchanges
Under the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have a 7-day cooling-off period (not a trial period) after delivery. However, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened due to their nature: personal protective items (hygiene products such as earplugs, masks and protective clothing) once opened, and items custom-made to customer requirements (such as customised signage). Items submitted for return or exchange must remain brand-new with complete packaging and accessories. Return/exchange terms for business (B2B) purchases follow the parties' quotation or contract.
5. Warranty and after-sales service
Product warranties follow each manufacturer's terms. Before using protective equipment, please read the manufacturer's instructions carefully and choose a protection level that meets regulatory requirements for your work environment; for selection advice or protection-planning consultation, please contact us.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties agree that the Hsinchu District Court, Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
